It is a gentle, yet powerful holistic method used to balance and restore health to all levels of our being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Kim is an Alexander Technique teacher certified by AmSAT (The American Society for the Alexander Technique), receiving her training in New York City from Rivka Cohen and Caren Bayer. In addition to her private clients she also teaches groups and leads workshops in the Alexander Technique.

FAMILY CONSTELLATION

As a Family Constellation practitioner, Kim facilitates individuals and groups. She trained in The Constellation Approach™ with Jamy and Peter Faust: Family Constellations enable you to work with the masculine and feminine energies present in your family lineages. Working within your ancestral soul field opens a process by which you can begin to clear unresolved conflicts and restore balance and peace in your family and in your relationships. “Our very essence is derived from the qualities passed onto us through our Family Lineage... we work to accept fully what we have inherited and to consciously evolve those aspects for the better.” ~ Faust Family Constellations

HAKOMI METHOD

Kim is trained in the Hakomi Method, which she incorporates into her therapeutic practice. Hakomi is a body-centered psychotherapy that assists clients in discovering and opening to unconscious beliefs and ways of being that are expressed in habitual patterns of thought, feelings and behaviors. Once made conscious, these limiting beliefs and unconscious patterns can begin to shift and change allowing for new choices and possibilities in how you navigate your life. Hakomi helps you to deepen your connection to your authentic self, your innate capacity to heal, and your basic goodness.
